Experience a barefoot Bahamian village community on Cat Island.  Flamingo Bay is your own personal villa.  This stylish resort community is situated around a 7,000 square foot tropica oasis swimming pool with a waterfall, an island Jacuzzi, a lazy river, tiki bar and the Flamingo Restaurant.

There are 126 units available for sale.  The units will include one, two, and three bedroom units.  Each unit is designed to complement the Bahamian surroundings. 

• The one bedroom units will be housed in 5 buildings, containing 10 units each. 
• Additionally, 38 buildings will house 76 two-bedroom units, one upstairs and one downstairs. 
• 35 buildings will house 35 two-bedroom deluxe units. 
• 5 buildings will house 5 three-bedroom deluxe units.

The owners and guests will have full privileges to the commercial facilities including:
